SWINGS

Our swings are made with 'A' frames and use either cradle, flat, nest, basket or special needs seats. Very heavily built and able to withstand a lot of use and treatment and as with all of our equipment are for commercial public use. The seats are all made of rubber and the chains and fixings are galvanised.

Normally in singles or doubles, swings are still very popular. Our normal 2.4m high top beam used for the cradle seat swings gives more of a swinging arc and sensation than those offered on 1.8m high beams by other manufacturers. A top beam height of 2.4m is standard on all flat seat swings. Remember it is not advised to mix flat and cradle seats on the same frame.

It's a good idea to have barriers installed between swings and other equipment to help prevent injury from children wandering into the swing's path. All swings come complete with rubber cushioned seats, galvanised chains and heavy duty pivots.

Pentagonal Swings

A superb new product in our range that's already caused considerable interest from several councils and tourist parks.

It provides fantastic co-operative play whereby five children can swing in together at the same time without touching.

Crocodile Swing

An exciting and unusual product proving to be very popular because of the reduced accident risk and so makes it appealing for use in schools as well as play parks.

Helps children to develop good team working skills.

Double Swings

All of our swings have a 2.4m high frame and with either one or two seats per frame. They can be placed together to provide further multiples of 3, 4 and so on.

A plan view of these swings is available here. FHOF for a 2.4m frame is 1500mm, safer surface areas for single seat 16m² and for doubles is 24m².

Bird's Nest Swing

A great alternative to normal swings, this swing is suitable for one to three children at a time.

Full Support Swing

Our new full support swing is a great addition to any park as it caters for special needs as well as able-bodied children.
