PLAY TOWERS & CLIMBING FRAMES
Our climbing frames, play towers or play units are ideal for your school playground, council play parks, pub garden, camp site or tourist park. These BSEN1176 designed timber climbing frames are made to withstand the rigours of school playtimes, busy parks and holiday seasons and are hand crafted in our Devon workshop. Make your playground fun with our standard range or ask us to design bespoke ideas just for you. Add-ons such as slides, cargo nets, ramps, climbers, bridges and tunnels are all possible.
Many of our designs are suitable for special needs play and feature wheelchair accessible play units. We are highly experienced in the creation of ability play and natural play areas. Maintenance Contracts and Service Contracts are offered for piece of mind and are there to repeat year after year.

Children's Challenger (600mm)
The Children’s Challenger is a double tower unit consisting of a gripped ramp, cargo net, slide and tunnel run.
This 600mm high floor one is great for the real little guys!

The Children’s Challenger is a double tower unit consisting of a gripped ramp, cargo net, slide and tunnel run.

Toddler's Kingdom
Our ever popular Toddler's Kingdom. Includes three towers at 600mm high, slide, net, ramp, activity panel, tunnel, clatter bridge and ladder bars.

Toddler's Towers
The Toddler's Towers provide a low level, low cost option for smaller areas when you want something a bit different.
It consists of a gripped ramp, ladder bars, crawl tunnel underneath, solid bridge and slide linked to two 0.6m towers.

Chudleigh Town
A colourful multi-play unit with play houses built in underneath the 1m high deck floors to form shops, counters etc. Includes slide, clatter bridge, angle net and ladder bars.

Henry I
An ideal unit for small spaces or limited budgets. Floor height of 900mm means that it's good for the younger children and also can be placed on well kept turf.

Dartmoor Dragon
A very imaginative 'friend' for your playground. This very colourful and attractive unit provides you with a little something different.
We can alter colours and styles if you wish but we think he's great as he is! Slide, Net, Ramp, clatter bridge and 2 towers.

Tamar Towers
The Tamar Towers is a single roofed tower with seating inside and also underneath. Stairs access the 1.2m high platform to a slide.
We can engrave your own designs on the panels if required.

Weather House
An adaptation of the Tamar Towers but exchanging the slide for a fireman's pole and still giving you the option of using your own designs for the side panels. Great for smaller areas. Seating underneath and above.

Teign Towers
Great for those mounds of grass that are otherwise unused or redundant and just as in the olden times we arrive and place a castle on it!! Includes a 1.2m x 1.2m tower with the floor set on the ground and sides up to 2m high with flags higher than that!!
The grass mound and surrounding grass area acts as a safer surface. If the slide exits onto a hard surface then that part must be safer surfaced. FHOF 100mm.
Longships Adventurer 2
Perfect for developing balance and co-ordination skills together with creative play.

Abbotsway
A slide, fixed bridge, tunnel, two roofed towers, cargo net, ladder bars and a clatter bridge, make this unit a diverse and interesting, natural looking play area using the slopes provided or with the option of a ramp where the fixed bridge is, for flat play areas.

Penzance Paradise
The 'Penzance Paradise' unit was designed specifically for wheelchair users, to give them a sense of height, different ground textures and challenges.
The access ramps are designed to suit a gradient which is easily accessible for wheelchairs.
There is a smooth ramp, rumble ramp, zig zag ramp, obstacle bridge, arch bridge, rumble bridge and zig-zag bridge. Great for able bodied users alike also.

Octagon Climber
This unusual design appeals to most age ranges with it's in-built shelter, climbing walls, ladder bars, ropes, stairs and slide.

Country Kingdom
A lovely three tower play unit linked with a 2m tunnel and 2m clatter bridge.
Also featuring slide, fireman's pole, ramp with climbing grips, net, ladder bars and an activity panel.

Henry IV
This is one of the best sellers of the junior range. It consists of 4 roofed towers interconnected by a tunnel, solid bridge and clatter bridge. It has a gripped ramp, steel corded cargo net, steel ladder, activity panel, climbing wall with real climbing grips, steel fireman's pole and slide.

Bigbury Bay
A huge unit that can be the centre piece of any play area - from the plan you can see that this unit offers so many features to accommodate so many children including the less able.

Twister
A compact climbing unit with a superb 1.8m high twist slide, 1.5m and 1.8m high linked towers accessed by a climbing ramp, cargo net and steel ladder bars together with two activity panels.

A 2m high play frame with a 2m x 2m vertical climbing net, sliding pole, climbing rope, flexi-ladder, climbing bars, double sided climbing wall, overhead ladder, ring swing and loop climber.

Tri Towers
The Tri Towers unit has been designed for those locations where space is tight, yet several challenging activities are required. It provides the older children a cargo net, flexible ladder, climbing bars and chain or rope climber. There is also the option of adding overhead bars to the top frame.

George
II
Two towers with 1.5m high floors, slide, gripped ramp, ladder bars, vertical 2m x 2m vertical cargo net and an angled cargo net.

St. Ives
An adventurous and challenging unit that will keep a lot of children happy for a long time with so many components.

Twist & Climb
An ideal unit for when space is at a premium but you still need a challenge for the older children.
2m high tower, floor accessed by 2 climbing walls and ladder bars. With a sheltered area underneath containing 2 benches.

Climb & Slide Tower
A 2m high tower accessed by a vertical climbing wall and exited by a fireman's pole.
This unit takes up a limited space and could be useful as part of a trim trail for older children.

Cawsand Castle
2m high tower with a fireman's pole and overhead ladders attached making it suitable for the older children.

Great by itself or as part of a trail incorporating a double sided climbing wall, 2 sets of exercise or pull-up bars, steel ladder and rope ladder.

Your Choice... just ask!
Our structures use extremely strong timbers for the frames, which combined with coloured roofs, slides, nets and handles, makes for a very aesthetically pleasing play area. If you want to take it one step further and choose your component colours then all you have to do is ask.
If you are in a rural area you may want to have all green components and in inner cities you may want to make it as bright as possible! Just speak to us before the order is placed to verify any preferences.
Please remember that if you place an urgent order you may have to wait longer than usual for special order colours. If you don’t order any particular colours we will just mix and match from our stock range. The colours above are not an exact match. We can supply natural log roofs upon special request.
